Human Resources are the property of the organization and the foundation of the administration affairs. The center is formed to meet the needs of the staffs for public services based on the concept of the Mayor. We’ve planned the annual training program for all job gradients, including Senior Executive Officer, Executive Officer and Junior Executive Officer or staffs in general. Also, in response to the business requirements, the center will support to conduct the special class for major policies with high priority and combine the administration management to enhance the public servants’ capabilities of responding, execution, communication, coordination etc. , so they can help the institutes to resolve issues, improve the team performance and upgrade the management capability of the municipal administration. We’re applying the innovative, active management concept to cultivate an excellent administration team to respond to the demands of the citizens and build a wonderful great Taichung.
