The Center is in responsible for all on-the-job training, including general core competency training and professional competency training for the city government’s civil servants. The Center’s planning of annual programs and courses has incorporated the mayor’s policy priorities and the central government’s policy directions. It is our expectation that after training at the Center, our civil servants will be able to enhance their vocational competency in order to optimize the effectiveness of the city government’s administrative implementation, thus creating a high-performance and high-quality team.
