Civil Service Training Center of Taichung City Government entered the 6th Anniversary Human Resource Innovative Management Award of Executive Yuan affiliated and Regional Human Resource Institutions with the topic “Employing Evidence-Based Management as Framework to Develop Core Competency Oriented as Training Map – Participatory Curriculum Design and Innovative and Diverse Training Technique to CultivateπCivil Servant,” and was granted the “Outstanding Award” in the innovative category. In the Meeting of Personnel Directors on August 1, 2017, the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, our team was honored openly. The award-winning institutions’ contributions in, endeavor to promote the service quality of human resource management of, and accomplishments in management in the management of human resources won high acclaim.
